What happens when you bring a creative agency from Milan to manage the communication of one of the biggest events in the world in the heart of Naples?

No, it is not the new Vanzina film, but an important part of Sinapps' history and one of the experiences that shaped us more than any other.

Universiade Napoli 2019 was a sporting event involving more than 2,000 athletes from 50 different countries, 300,000 spectators in the stadiums, and opening and closing ceremonies screened all over the world. And us? Lots of social, lots of seo, lots of web, lots of nice influencers and many, many videos edited in any format and in record time!

./Events

The Universiade was a worldwide coverage event: 50 countries connected worldwide, actors, politicians and of course major sportsmen and women in one stadium. On our side, a lot of organisation, a lot of patience and a lot of initiative to be able to give such an important event the right digital stage.

./Production and Photoshoots

To better manage the video production we moved with a large part of the team directly to Naples, colonising the city. All content was shot during the day and edited at night so as to be ready to reach the homes of millions of viewers the following day.

./Social media advertising

One of the biggest challenges of Universiade Napoli 2019 was performance marketing. The sale of tickets for the competitions and the opening and final ceremony events was, in fact, mostly entrusted to digital campaigns. Objective: fill the SanPaolo! Mission accomplished thanks to a solid strategy and constant monitoring of the campaigns!

If you logged on to the internet in summer 2019, there's a good chance you came across one of our placements! Widespread distribution of the campaigns allowed us to reach as many people as possible, increasing awareness of the event.
