SMEs with operational headquarters in the provinces of Bergamo, Brescia, Milan, Monza Brianza and Lodi that have not received grants from the “Voucher 4.0 2025” or “SI4.0 2025” calls for applications, and are up to date with tax payments.
/.AGEVOLUTION
Under the 50% scheme, the call for proposals provides funding of up to €30,000.00 for projects with a minimum expenditure of at least €25,000.00.

/.Technological Development of Innovative Startups
/.PURPOSE
To support the technological development of Lombard innovative high-tech and knowledge-intensive startups, facilitating the transition from proof of concept, initial prototype or MVP towards more advanced phases of technical validation, industrialisation, testing, certification and market preparation.
The measure funds research and development projects, prototyping, experimentation, beta testing, technical validation, and engineering of innovative products, services, or solutions.
/.BENEFICIARIES
Small businesses registered in the special section for Innovative Startups, duly formed, registered and active in the Companies Register for no more than 36 months, are eligible to participate.
Innovative startups that have been established for no more than 60 months are also eligible, provided they demonstrate that they are still in the technological development phase, with a technological maturity level equal to or less than TRL 6.
Companies must have an operational base in Lombardy, or undertake to open one by the time the grant application is submitted.
/.AGEVOLUTION
A non-repayable grant covering up to 80% of eligible expenses, up to a maximum of €1,000,000 per business.
The maximum contribution can be up to €1,500,000 for projects carried out in specific assisted areas provided for by European legislation.
The minimum investment envisaged is €150,000, with eligible expenses up to €1,250,000, which can be increased to €1,875,000 in assisted areas. Eligible expenses include machinery, equipment, hardware, software, licenses, cloud/SaaS services, patents, materials, technical-scientific consultancy, prototyping, testing, certifications, intellectual property, dedicated personnel, and indirect costs.

/.PURPOSE
The call is aimed at supporting the start-up of new enterprises and self-entrepreneurship, including in the form of self-employment with individual VAT registration, through the provision of contributions towards the costs associated with the creation of new enterprises.

1) MICRO, SMALL AND MEDIUM-SIZED ENTERPRISES active and registered in the Companies' Register, with VAT number, registered office and operational headquarters in Lombardy from 1 June 2025 to 31 December 2026;
2) SELF-EMPLOYED WORKERS with tax domicile in Lombardy, not registered in the Companies' Register, with individual VAT number allocated by the #Agenzia delle Entrate and active from 1 June 2025 until 31 December 2026.

Promoting collaboration between companies and research organisations (universities, IRCCS) for more sustainable product, process and organisational model innovations.
/.BENEFICIARIES
Partnerships consisting of enterprises (SMEs and large enterprises) and public and private research and knowledge dissemination organisations (RCOs), including universities, research institutes and IRCCSs. Partnerships must consist of a minimum of three and a maximum of eight partners, including at least one SME and one RCO.
/.AGEVOLUTION
Each individual partnership obtained non-repayable grants between 40% and 60% of eligible expenses and up to EUR 5,000,000.

Facilitation for investments in digital innovation and/or ecological transition, as well as for the strengthening of the company's assets, for the benefit of competitiveness in international markets

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises with registered office and operational headquarters in Italy, duly constituted, registered in the Register of Enterprises, in business and with at least two financial statements covering two complete financial years preceding the submission of the application. In addition, the applicant company must meet one of the following two requirements - have an export turnover of at least 101QTP3T of the last financial statement; - be a productive SME, with an export turnover of at least 31QTP3T of the last financial statement, and be part of a production chain of at least 3 client companies

Contribution consists of a low-interest financing, with rate reduction options of 10%, 50% or 80%, depending on the company's choice at the time of application. It also includes a non-repayable grant of 10%, up to a maximum of €100,000, only available to certain categories of companies.
Funding varies from a minimum of €10,000 to a maximum determined by the lower of 35% of the average revenue of the last two balance sheets and the specific limits per company size: €500,000 for micro-enterprises, €2,500,000 for SMEs and innovative SMEs, and €5,000,000 for other enterprises.

Smart and Start Italia finances business plans of between EUR 100,000 and EUR 1.5 million: mixed facilitation: A)zero-interest financing, with a maximum duration of eight years, repayable in constant six-monthly instalments up to the 80% of the expenditure programme. B)technical assistance and tutoring services, only for companies established no more than 12 months prior to the date of application. Start-ups based in the regions of Abruzzo, Basilicata, Calabria, Campania, Molise, Apulia, Sardinia and Sicily may benefit from a non-repayable grant equal to 30% of the loan and thus repay only 70% of the loan received.
