Rosita aspires to redefine the pleasure of chanterelle in Italy and has therefore chosen Sinapps as its ally, launching it as a new Fast Casual product! Together, we are rewriting the rules of consumption with a few key words but centred on the objective: Rosita is cockerel and beer, but to be eaten exclusively with the hands!



We chose a unique "Cartoon Sketch” style approach to turn every concept and idea into a clear and fun visual narrative! From menus and placemats to t-shirts and posters, each graphic is fully in keeping with the brand narrative.

Our approach to social goes beyond posting: we create strategies that talk, engage and grow with our audience, and with Rosita we have turned every interaction into an opportunity to engage and impress with top-notch content.
Like many other businesses, a few years ago Rosita was faced with a crisis: no longer being able to serve chanterelles in restaurants. The solution was not to rely on delivery platforms, with complex capillary management and high commissions, but to develop a proprietary delivery service to deliver hot and steaming chanterelles throughout Brianza!
Rosita's website, linked directly to the ecommerce, is developed strictly in WordPress and offers an insight into the life of the restaurant, with the possibility of consulting all the menus in just a few clicks!

For Rosita, we chose a multi-functional approach, in addition to geo-localised ecommerce campaigns in strategic areas, we also handled Drive To Store campaigns with a digital booking system and more traditional Drive to Delivery campaigns!

We make no secret of it: Rosita's chanterelles are great to eat, but less easy to photograph! To make the best of it, we did a long study on lighting and textures, until we found the right formula to do it the justice it deserves!
